I remember like yesterday the first time I heard Raheem Devaughn sing. I was cleaning up behind my babies one afternoon while BET Jazz (now Centric TV) was playing all the Neo-Soul hits of the time. Raheem Devaughn's song "You" came on and instantly put me in a trance. His smooth-like-butter vocals and alluring lyrics made me a fan from that day forward. Not to mention the fact that he's very easy on the eyes ;-)
