Hello fellow beauty enthusiasts! As you may already know from my Instagram feed, I recently received the Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick and Brush from Influenster. As someone who has been using foundation sticks to conceal during the warmer months, I could not wait to try this product. And since I told you guys that I would soon be sharing my thoughts on the Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick in Warm Almond, I decided I'd talk about it here on the blog just for you!
At first glance, I was intrigued by my Hourglass Cosmetics package. The Seamless Finish Foundation Stick and Brush both came in the most beautiful bronzed casing. And since you guys know I'm a sucker for pretty packaging, I was instantly impressed. Along with the foundation and the brush came a card, giving full details and features about the product, which is awesome because I didn't have to search for details online as I was unfamiliar with this product and brand.

My Experience
I've been pleased with the Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick and Brush so far. I was leery to using a foundation stick for full coverage in the southern summer heat, as many formulas can appear oily and cakey. So as the instructions suggest, I applied a primer first.
After priming my face, I swiped lines of the foundation stick across my forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck. And since the foundation stick is formed in a triangular shape, it was easy to go back and add a bit of product around the nose. I then buffed the foundation into my skin with the Seamless Finish Foundation Brush, using circular motions. The foundation was so creamy and blended perfectly into my skin. I added a bit more product into my chin, which is my usual trouble area (thanks to hyperpigmentation) and was amazed by how buildable the foundation was. Applying the foundation with this particular brush left my skin with such a beautiful airbrushed finish! But to be on the safe side, since my skin is so oily in the summer, I used a finishing powder to set my foundation.
This foundation stayed put for hours, still holding up a flawless finish. And the best part was that it wasn't heavy at all or make me want to rush home to grab my makeup wipes.
There were moments throughout the afternoon, however, that my foundation transferred onto things before I touched up with my finishing powder. So to anyone purchasing (especially if you have oily skin) be sure to use a primer and finishing powder.
